Terms of Service

1. Service

ApplyMaster generates tailored German application documents (CV, cover letter, e-mail) from the profile data and job ads you provide.

2. Account

You must provide a valid e-mail and confirm it. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you provide.

3. Tokens

Features are paid with tokens, bought in packages. Token prices and per-feature costs are shown in the app and may be updated. (Online payment is not yet enabled.)

4. Acceptable use

Use the service only for your own genuine job applications. Do not upload unlawful content or other people's data without their permission.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We help you produce strong documents but do not guarantee interviews or job offers. Always review generated documents for accuracy before using them.

6. Data & deletion

See the Privacy Policy. You may close your profile at any time; your personal data and documents are then permanently deleted.

7. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. Tokens are digital content that is made available to your account immediately.

Where you expressly ask for that immediate provision and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right lapses for the tokens already provided — this is what the confirmation at checkout is for. Tokens you have not yet spent remain refundable within the 14 days at their purchase price; tokens already spent on generated documents do not, because the service was delivered.

To withdraw, an informal message to the address in the Imprint is enough. We refund to the payment method you used.

8. Prices and payment

All prices are total prices in euro. They include VAT where it applies. Payment is due when the tokens are bought. Online payment is not enabled yet; while it is off, tokens can only be granted by us.

9. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an obligation essential to this contract, and then limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app.
